To further emphasise its commitment to safety, MSB gained international accreditation in 2015 through OHSAS 18001 and MS 1722 certification for occupation Health and Safety Assessment Series for health and safety management systems, and successfully migrated to ISO45001:2018 in April 2021, despite the challenges faced by the company during the COVID-19 Pandemic.
MSB was successfully awarded by the Department of Occupational Safety and Health WP Kuala Lumpur for achieving the highest level (level 5) for all categories (Chemical Management, Ergonomics Issues and Noise Protection) under their SOHELP (Systematic Occupational Health Enhancement Level Programme) in April 2017.
